To receive store credit, item must be shipped back toΒ EIGHT X EIGHT (700 Main Street, East Aurora NY 14052).Β Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.Β If you'd like to make an even exchange and/or receive store-credit, you can also bring the item to EIGHT X EIGHT in East Aurora, NY.Β Shipping fees will not be refunded.Β 

Under no circumstances will refunds be granted to original form of payment.Β
